Sherriann Elcock-Martin

I was born in Linden and moved to Region 3 at 13. In my early twenties, I spent about three years in Trinidad before returning home to Guyana. Real estate found me in 2018 — and six years and 50+ transactions later, this is the work I was meant to do.

My specialties are land, apartment buildings, and rentals — with deep knowledge of Region 3, Upper East Bank, and Linden. Most of my clients are Guyanese living overseas — in New York, Toronto, London, and South Florida — looking to invest back home. I also serve local buyers and corporate clients relocating into Guyana.

I became a Founding Advisor of Guyana HomeHub because there is no other platform like it in Guyana. I wanted to help build it — not just use it. And the Caribbean is next.
